Financial Calendar

The AGM shall be held at Pavilion On The Park on the 28th November 2007 @ 3pm. The Pavilion on The Park is located in the Veale Gardens, Adelaide (enter from Peacock Road).

The shares issued for dividend reinvestment plan interim dividend of AUD 1.5 cents per share (fully franked at a company tax rate of 30%) payable to Legend Corporation Limited shareholders registered as at record date 24th September 2007 (Ex Date 18/09/2007) at a discount to AUD$0.3990.

The Directors have declared an ordinary fully franked dividend of 1.5 cents per share be paid 6th November 2007. The Record date to determine entitlement to the dividend is 24th September 2007. DRP Shares are issued at a 5% discount to the market price. The issue price is calculated as a percentage designated by the Directors of the volume weighted average price for Shares traded on ASX during the period from the date of closing of the share register for determination of dividend entitlements and the four trading days immediately before that date.
