Bruce Higgins Non Executive Director

BEng, CPEng, MBA, FAICD

Bruce is a former chief executive officer and he currently serves as non-executive chairman on the Board of TSV Holdings Limited (ASX:TSH) and XTEK Limited (ASX:XTE). He has previously served on the Boards of Redflex Traffic Systems Inc, Traffic Safety Systems Inc, Raytheon Systems Company Aust Pty Ltd, Aerospace Technical Services Pty Ltd, IT Skills Exchange and Defence Manufacturing Association.
Bruce is a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee.

Bradley R Dowe Director & CEO

BSc (Computer Science)

Bradley is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Legend and has been working in the field of computing and engineering for over 20 years. His experience covers all facets of electronics engineering, electronics manufacturing processes, software development and international business operations. Bradley oversees the global management of the organisation.
Bradley is a member of the Legend Nomination Committee.

Simon Forth Executive Director

GDBA, MBA, GAICD

Simon joined Legend in 1989. His career has extended from technical areas such as software/hardware development, through to procurement, sales/marketing in domestic, export and foreign markets. Simon established many of Legend's local and foreign offices. In recent years he has focused on general management, international operations and today he concentrates on strategic activities. Simon identified, initiated and managed the acquisition of Cabac and recently managed the merger/acquisition of IES (Hendon Semiconductors).
Simon is a member of Legend Nomination Committee.

Graham Seppelt Company Secretary

Graham Seppelt, a Certified Practising Accountant, was appointed as an additional company secretary on 18 January 2005. Mr Seppelt is a Certified Practicing Accountant with 38 years experience and has had wide exposure to a range of industries as a senior manager and as a contract accountant in corporate advisory roles. He is also the company secretary for Broadcast Services Australia Limited, Enterprise Energy NL and Primary Resources Limited.
